The HARMONIE vintage is the meeting of our Pinot Noir vinified in Côteaux Champenois Bouzy Rouge and our Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay grapes vinified in white wine. Our desire is to find the most beautiful combination of colors, aromas and flavors… This vintage will enhance your sweet/savory dishes and your desserts with slightly sweet fruits! It is a very gourmet champagne, with flavors of morello cherries and liquorice, with a chalky finish.
