About this vintage
The Demi-Sec Armand de Brignac was originally a curiosity reserved for visitors to the house in Chigny-les-Roses, France. The Demi-Sec was created to offer a sweeter cuvée that would pair well with the most exotic foods.

Notes of English candy, grapefruit, stewed fruit, caramel, quince and brioche.
Mouth
The palate is generous with candied citrus, honey and notes of blackberries. Fine bubbles from 6 years of aging allow a slight sweetness to develop.
