BLACK WHITE
Blanc de Noirs is the iconic vintage of the House.
About this vintage

Once again Mercier shakes up traditional consumption and stands out by presenting a new Blanc de Noirs vintage. In 1964 Mercier produced its first Blanc de Noirs; in 2014 this vintage stands out for its modernity. With a striking lightness, it enriches the range by taking the opposite approach to the powerful and structured Blancs de Noirs from Champagne.

Our Oenologist's opinion
Dress
The vintage is distinguished by its color with gray-gold reflections.
Nose
The olfactory impression is intense: notes of redcurrants and fresh blackberries. The aroma is vegetal and refreshing.
Mouth
On the palate, after a creamy attack that lightly coats the mouth, the structure expresses original characteristics of lively and thirst-quenching notes.
