Dress
 A pale yellow dress, animated by fine, light bubbles that feed a delicate collar.

Nose
A first perfumed nose, evoking notes of jasmine, poppy, mixed with scents of white fruits like pear and peach. When aerated, the champagne reveals lemony notes, evolving towards scents of almond, toasted bread, just enhanced by accents of peppermint.

Mouth
The Champagne develops a pulpy fruity material supported by a fresh and slender lemony acidity. The whole balanced by a careful dosage allows to appreciate a fresh and tasty finish, delicately saline, peppery and perfumed.
